    Megeret Pandan, Tenganan Village

    Megeret Pandan (pandanous scratching) is a secret attraction held annually in relation to Usaba Sambah festivity at Tenganan Pegeringsingan Village. Megeret Pandan means scratching or hooking thorny pandanus leaf to the rival’s body until bloody. Tenganan Pegeringsingan is situated at Manggis district, approximately 70 km from Denpasar. It is near Candidasa and can be easily reached by public or private vehicles.
